The Customer Visited Our Red Yeast Rice Extract Production Line

Red yeast rice has been used in China for centuries as both a food and as a medicinal substance. It is made by fermenting a type of yeast called Monascus purpureus over red rice. In Chinese medicine, red yeast rice is used to promote blood circulation, soothe upset stomach, and invigorate the function of the spleen, a body organ that destroys old blood cells and filters foreign substances. In addition, this dietary supplement has been used traditionally for bruised muscles, hangovers, indigestion, and colic in infants. Recently, it has been discovered that red yeast rice contains substances that are similar to prescription medications that lower cholesterol. There is also growing interest in evaluating red yeast rice for use as a natural food dye and/or preservative.

 

So, the one of our customer Mr.Lim who from Korea visised our red yeast rice extract production line on 3/4/2018.

 

The Frist visit process: Raw material feeding, Raw material treatment, Semi-finished product processing, Semi-finished sterilization, Natural fermentation, Final product mixing, crushing and packaging, etc.

Then, Mr.Lim also visit our QC deparment, he personally inspected the department's testing of product content, as well as part of the process of product physical and chemical indicators and microbial index detection.

Finally, Mr.Lim gave a very high evaluation of our products, pure natural fermentation, and microbiological indicators met strict European standards, which made him feel very comfortable in his formula.
